A two-day table-top exhibition will be held alongside CMQM 2022. The exhibition is a great opportunity for you to meet with conference participants, discuss your latest developments and techniques, and promote your products and services.

The conference aims at bringing together scientists and PhD students with diverse interests including exotic electronic and magnetic phenomena in solids, new materials, characterisation techniques and devices. The event is expected to attract 100+ attendees from the UK and also further afield due to the hybrid nature of the meeting.

Benefits to exhibitors
  • Your representatives can mix informally with professionals from industry and academia in the UK and Ireland and further afield
  • Featured on the CMQM 2022 conference website to increase visibility within the wider condensed matter community

Following very successful events in St Andrews (2019) and Bristol (2021 – online), the conference in 2022 will
be hosted by the University of Bath and will be based at its Claverton Down campus. The table top exhibition will be held in the Chancellors Building, where the talks are taking place. Space is available as a table-top display and includes:

  • One table and two chairs
  • Dedicated page on the conference website
  • Access to the conference programme
  • Lunch and refreshments for one exhibitor representative for the duration of the exhibition
  • Virtual exhibition space

Exhibitors will be able to set up on the morning of 20 June and set down in the morning of 22 June.

Further information with addresses and exact timings will be sent closer to the event.

Space is limited and allocated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis. The cost to exhibit is £550 + VAT* if booked before 31 March 2021, and £700 + VAT* thereafter.
